Café/Bar

New facilities

In June 2009, Abbeydale re-opened the new look members lounge & café. To compliment the new member's lounge, the Club has constructed a purpose built reception area for tennis court and lesson bookings.

The Tennis Club is now fully licensed to sell alcohol from the café/bar and we have a wonderful mouth watering selection of homemade cakes and delicacies for you !! - You may find you need to lay an extra hour's tennis to work off the extra calories from the cakes !!

From the members' lounge, there is a fantastic view of the indoor courts and the show court ( No.5 ) so you can watch matches in progress or your family members receiving coaching from the comfort of leather chairs, with the daily complimentary newspapers.

At the end of your tennis, why not relax in the Club bar and socialise with your friends or unwind watching Sky Sports on the Club's large widescreen TV.

Abbeydale subscribe to Sky and are showing live Premiership football, Wimbledon tennis and events from round the world, Golf majors and cricket throughout the sporting calendar for member's pleasure. - Why not come & join us ? Hope to see you soon !!
