Covid-19 Local Council Lockdown Restrictions, from Wednesday December 2nd 2020.
As you will be aware Sheffield was placed into Tier 3 ( Very High ) under the Local Council Lockdown Restrictions, from Wednesday December 2nd 2020.
I’m sure you are all fed up of endless Covid updates, so I’ll try and keep this update to a factual set of what’s allowed and not allowed in relation to playing tennis under Tier 3.
Putting a positive spin on what seems a very unfair situation regarding indoor tennis, we are going to run a full Adult Coaching Programme outside for members and for the next few weeks, we’ll all have to wrap up warm, move as much as possible and focus on the fact, it’s better than NO tennis and hopefully we’ll be back indoors very soon !!
PERMISSIBLE ACTIVITY ( Tier 3 )

Adult Group Coaching ( Max 12 per court )
Adult Individual Tennis Lessons

Only permitted for adults from the same household / bubble
Junior Under 18 Group Coaching ( Max 15 per court )
Junior U18 Individual Lessons ( No Spectators on court )

Toilets Open ( but not indoor seating areas, changing rooms or showers )
