Following Government and LTA advice, Abbeydale Tennis Club is open today BUT with some restrictions.

 

The Government have currently indicated that "physical exercise ( including grass roots coaching ) that takes place at a safe distance from others and in safe exercise environments is something that can continue at this time."

The Department of Culture, Media and Sport has specifically advised us that "Tennis is one of the best examples of social distancing, and so should be encouraged so long as the guidance permits."

 

OPEN / ON ( with a strict 2m Social Distancing Policy at all times ) 

- Outdoor Tennis Courts

- Individual Tennis Lessons

- Members Games / Practices

- Take Away hot drinks and water

- Reception ( Available by phone and e-mail ) 

 

**  The Club strongly recommends that members strictly adheres to the Governments Social Distancing 

recommendation of being 2m away from anybody else at all times while playing tennis.  **

 

CLOSED / OFF

- Indoor Courts 

- Changing and Toilet Facilities

- Clubhouse and Cafe areas ( except for take away drinks )

- Club Adult Coaching Programme

- Junior Group Lessons
