LTA - Latest Update 15/10/20 - Statement on Indoor & Outdoor Tennis Court usage during Local Lockdown.
Following The Government’s Announcement earlier this week that Sheffield has entered the Tier 2, High Risk Category for the Covid-19 Local Restrictions, our Governing Body, The Lawn Tennis Association ( LTA ) have updated their own Guidelines for Tennis in England for the three Covid-19 Local Lockdown Restriction Tier.

After further consultation this morning with both The LTA and Sport England ( questioning why Tier 2 and Tier 3 are identical and why some other activities such as indoor gyms are permissible and indoor tennis is restricted ) we have accepted that we will have to make some immediate changes.
From 11pm tonight ( Thursday 15th October 2020 ) we will make the changes to the booking of Indoor Courts in line with The LTA's Local Lockdown Guidelines.
